Liability Statement

I understand that the FUNfinder GPS receivers cannot guarantee the user's safety.

I understand that the sports of skiing, snowboarding, SnowBlade and other recreational activities involve the inherent risks of INJURY and DEATH.

I voluntarily agree to expressly ASSUME ALL RISKS of injury or death that may result form skiing/snowboarding/skiboard use, or which relate in any way to the use of this GPS receiver.

I agree not to make or assert any claim or lawsuit against FUNfinder GPS, the manufacturer and distributor of the GPS rented from FUNfinder GPS or their rental partners and their employees, owners, affiliates, agents, officers and directors (collectively “PROVIDERS”) arising from or related to any claim of liability for injury, death, property loss and damage which results from the equipment users' participation in the sport of skiing/snowboarding/SnowBlade/skiboard use, or is any way related to the use of this GPS receiver, including all liability which result from any act or omission of any kind PROVIDERS, or any other person or cause.

I understand that I am responsible for the replacement cost of $300.00 for any GPS unit that is not returned.
